The Governor of Lattakia, Ibrahim Khoder al-Salem, Director of ASPU faculties in Lattakia, honored Dr. Hamoud Ghazal for his contribution to the success of the economic forum, entitled "Arbitration in Securities, Insurance and Banking Disputes" which was held in Lattakia.

Dr. Ghazal stressed the importance of holding the forum at the Justice Center for Arbitration and Legal Studies, adding that it is important in exchanging and increasing experiences among the participants in order to obtain the arbitration certificate from the center.

Dr. Ghazal, who is the Dean of the Faculty of Law in ASPU  faculties of Lattakia, stressed   the role of justice in human life, noting that the law and the community  are inseparable ideas since , where  there is law , there is community and vice  versa.

For his part, the governor of Lattakia pointed to the importance of the legal forum in resolving disputes between opponents, expressing thanks and praise for the efforts exerted in management, organization, participation and attendance for the success of the forum.
