The Faculty of Law seeks to serve society and raise intellectual awareness among its people. It also seeks to develop competencies with a leading and effective role and to raise the level of performance to standard levels in terms of professional and ethical behavior in accordance with international and national quality standards.

The Faculty of Law was established at Al-Sham Private University under the decision of the Ministry of Higher Education No. (97/æ) for the year (2011).
