Based on the mutual desire to promote scientific cooperation between al-Shaam  private University ASPU  and al-Rasheed  International Private University, and in order to support and develop joint cooperation in  the areas  of research, training, development and dissemination of knowledge, the two sides  agreed to sign a bilateral  scientific cooperation agreement.

The agreement provided for the exchange of visits of students in the field of knowledge and training, the identification of curricula and facilitation of exchanging members of the teaching staffs in the two universities, and the establishment of scientific activity through conferences, seminars and joint bilateral workshops.

The two sides agreed to set up executive programs in which they can define  areas of joint cooperation in accordance with the laws and regulations enacted by both universities.
