The International Association of Universities has accepted ASPU in its membership for its excellence in adopting modern practical methods in university administration and academic education.

By joining the International Federation of Universities, ASPU seeks to benefit from the Federation's experiences in developing university administration and academic scientific planning and strengthening relations with Federation’s regional branches such as the Association of Asian and Pacific Universities and the Federation of World University Presidents.

The International federation of Universities is an international society  that started its work, with affiliation to UNESCO since 2007, with a headquarters located in Paris, France, joined by universities and all institutions whose activities are linked to higher education from different countries (approximately 150 countries). It provides projects and modern and practical methods at the level University through discussion and exchange of views on various topics related to higher education.
