Quality Assurance Office for ASPU - Lattakia Faculties

ASPU Deanship of Quality and Academic Accreditation has  established an  Office of Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation in Lattakia faculties , and appointed  ambassadors for the Quality Management Team at the faculties.

During the visit of the quality team to Lattakia  faculties , dean of the quality of administrative performance and academic accreditation at Dr. Raad al-Sern held  a workshop on the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015 for faculty staff.

Dr. al-Sern explained the concept and  policy of quality, referring to key concepts of quality management, including “human resource sharing, supplier partnership, process focus, preventive management and fact-based decision-making, as well as feedback.

The Dean stressed the need to focus on the right quality culture in ASPU,  pointing  the need  to improve the professional level and create a competitive situation among  ASPU  directorates.

On the Deanship of Quality Plan, Dr. al-Sern said that the plan is of 8 steps, including efforts  to develop ASPU  organizational structure , creation of new directorates, maintaining  and full documentation of the system ,  development of business models, transfer all the requirements of the system to  Lattakia branch and constant work revision  to get rid of non-matching  cases.

Director of Quality Management Performance, Ms. Ahed al-Khouri, spoke about the importance of internal audit through conducting business performance evaluation and addressing its problems and the extent of its conformity with set objectives, indicating all  requirements of internal audit.
