ASPU congratulates students accepted

Into its medical faculties for the academic year 2022-2023

The process of fixing registration at the university is carried out according to the instructions issued by the Directorate of Student Affairs, shown as follows:

1- Accepted students will be received during the specified period as from Sunday 23/10/2022 until Tuesday 1/11/2022 from 9:00 a. m in the morning until 14:00 p. m in the afternoon, taking into account the two days off at the university (Thursday and Friday).

2- The student loses his right to register if he does not complete the registration procedures in full ((payment of the approved fees and submission of the affiliation application at the headquarters of the faculty in which he was accepted and delivery of all documents required for the admission and registration process)) during the period specified above, which ends at 2 p.m.  in the afternoon of Tuesday 1 11/2022

3- The student goes to the central administration - Al Baramkeh - next to the Musab bin Omair Mosque to receive the payment notice in the bank, and then the student pays with the mentioned bank and receives a payment receipt proving that.

4- The student is registered according to the specialization in which he is accepted at the headquarters of the faculty in which he was accepted:

- Faculties of Medicine and Pharmacy (the university's headquarters is in Al-Tal)

- Faculty of Dentistry (the university is located in al-Mazraa premises)

- Faculties of Dentistry and Pharmacy in Lattakia (University Headquarters - Lattakia)

The financial receipt shall be delivered to the Directorate of Student Affairs at the faculty headquarters, along with the following documents:

 

Documents required for registration

First: the Syrian secondary school certificate

1- The original high school diploma

2- A certified copy of the secondary certificate / 5/ copies

3- A copy of the personal identity /2/ copies

4- Colored personal photos / 5/ copies

5- Military Service Postponement book for science service for male students

 

Second: documents required to register for a non-Syrian secondary certificate for an Arab country

1- The original document of the secondary  school certificate (certified by the Ministries of Education and Foreign Affairs in the country from which the secondary was issued, then the Syrian embassy in that country, then the Syrian Foreign Ministry in Damascus), and translated by a sworn translator into Arabic if it was issued in a foreign language.

2- Five certified copies of the secondary school certificate (certified by the Syrian Foreign Ministry)

3- The original document of the preparatory stage certificate or its equivalent.

4- Two certified copies of the preparatory certificate or its equivalent (nine grade)

5- A copy of the personal identity card (or a copy of the family record) and a copy of the passport (if any).

6- Five recent colored personal photos.

 

Third: Students who obtained a foreign secondary school certificate from Arab countries

1- The original document of the High School Diploma (originally certified and translated) certified by the Ministries of Education and Foreign Affairs in the country from which the secondary was issued, then the Syrian Embassy in that country, and then the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Damascus.

2- Five photocopies of the original High School Diploma

3- Transpan style='display: none'; s of the original high school transpan style='display: none'; (certified by the Ministries of Education and Foreign Affairs in the issuing country, then the Syrian Embassy in that country, then the Syrian Foreign Ministry in Damascus)

4- Five attested high school copies (to be attested by the Syrian Foreign Ministry. “True stamp” after being photographed showing the previous seals).

5- An original copy of the eleventh grade secondary school transpan style='display: none'; , duly certified and translated.

6- Five true copies of the eleventh grade transpan style='display: none'; , duly certified and translated.

7- An original copy of the tenth grade transpan style='display: none'; , duly certified and translated.

8- Five true copies of the tenth grade transpan style='display: none'; , duly certified and translated.

9- Preparatory school certificate or its equivalent duly certified and translated (for the country that issues this certificate)

10- Five certified and translated copies of the ninth grade transpan style='display: none'; .

11- A book of equivalency of the certificate issued by the Ministry of Education in the country of secondary source, duly attested (if it was issued by an Arab country only) or the equivalency stamp on the secondary certificate.

12- Two certified copies of the equation book.

13- Five recent colored personal photos.

14- A copy of the personal identity card (or a copy of the family record) and a copy of the passport (if any).

 

Fourth - Secondary School Certificate Issued by the Pakistani School in Damascus:

1- The original secondary certificate “IGCSE” (duly attested by the University of Cambridge - the British Foreign Office - the Syrian Embassy in London - the Syrian Foreign Ministry in Damascus).

2- Five certified copies of the original IGCSE secondary school certificate

3- General Education Certificate (GCE) - advanced level with at least /2/ subjects (A-Level) or its equivalent, “/4/ subjects from the additional advanced level” (AS-level) duly certified by the awarding body and duly translated Sworn in with copies of it translated and certified by the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates  in Damascus, (5) copies.

4- The original copy of the ninth and tenth grade transpan style='display: none'; s, duly certified and translated into Arabic.

5- Two certified copies of the transpan style='display: none'; s for the ninth and tenth grades, duly attested and translated into Arabic.

6- A copy of the personal identity card or a copy of the family record (and a copy of the passport, if any).

7- Five recent colored personal photos.
