Several  students of ASPU Human Resources and Accounting Departments  of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences discussed their graduation theses in the presence of the President of the University, Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, faculty members of the jury committees ,  university’s  heads of departments and  students' families and friends.

Among the presented topics, were  the reality of evaluating the performance of ASPU employees, the impact of the organizational climate in this regard, the reality of the salary and wages system and the employees satisfaction to this end.  Also presented was  the role of quality administrative performance in improving the internal auditing situation in the university. The projects were objectively  evaluated after listening to students answers  to the questions of members of the jury committees.

The jury  committee described the submitted theses as  distinguished in terms of  subjects , focusing on university curricula  and in the sequence of ideas, facts which indicate ASPU performance of its  effective role in the best way.
