Fourth year students of ASPU Faculty of Law continued discussions of their graduation projects before the Judging Committee, which praised the various topics chosen by the students for discussion on international commercial and criminal laws.
The students discussed the legal provisions provided for to meet cheque value, lack of judicial judgment for violating the rules of state jurisdiction and the role of the Central Authority for Control and Inspection in the fight against administrative corruption in addition to an analytical study on local councils elections in the Syrian Arab Republic.
In their graduation projects, the students also discussed the legal protection of the sea environment from oil pollution, impossible crime and fraud between criminal and misdemeanor despan style='display: none'; ions.
The jury members presented their observations on the graduation projects, which proved correct scientific methodology the students pursued in writing scientific research and accuracy in determining the scope of the thesis objectively, in addition to adjusting proposals, recommendations and results correctly and using references to deepen academic research.
