Under main themes of organizational change and strategic planning, students of the human resources department  of the faculty of administrative sciences  presented their graduation projects before f the Judging Committee at the University Theater.

The students  embarked on case study and applied field studies as methods for scientific research in their theses  that revolve around the role of organizational change in achieving job satisfaction , the role of human resources training on customer service  , the impact of re-engineering procedures on improving the quality of banking services , the impact of strategic planning on employee performance and the impact of leadership patterns on   organizational loyalty of workers.

The Judging Committee presented its observations on the hypotheses and titles, methods of measuring impact, statistical significance, statistical analysis, the validity of the questionnaire and reference questions, and arranging them according to a specific sequence.
