The Association of Arab Universities has accepted ASPU  in its membership for the quality of its administrative system and its high efficiency in the academic and research field.

Through its membership in the federation, ASPU  works to strengthen cooperation with Arab universities and coordinate the efforts with each other and with the relevant regional and international universities and institutions, especially in parallel with the development of  education technologies and modern patterns.

The Federation of Arab Universities is an Arab institution with an independent legal entity  , which  supports and coordinates the efforts of Arab universities to prepare a person who is able to serve the Arab nation and preserve its cultural and cultural unity and develop its human resources in a way that achieves its aspirations by working to make the Arabic language , the language of education in universities, while  still having  an interest in other living  languages and seeking to unify the definition of scientific terms , interest in translation, and encourage the establishment of research centers, support the establishment of  joint scientific research, exchange of results, and linking applied research  topics to Arab economic and social development plans.

 The federation  also aims at  maintaining  closer cooperation between Arab universities and coordinate their efforts with relevant regional and international universities and  institutions, especially in keeping  pace with  modern educational techniques and modern patterns, support and stimulation of excellence and creativity and encourage joint student activities between universities to ensure quality control  of university and higher education .
