With great sorrow and sadness, ASPU on Tuesday , February 25^th , represented by its  President Dr. Yasser Hourieh  and staff received news on the demise  of ASPU  second year student of  the faculty of Information Engineering Roy Mamari, who was martyred by an explosive device in front of the university  campus in Damascus, Barameka area .

ASPU expresses deep regret for this painful incident and extends heart-felt condolences to the families of the deceased martyr Mamari, appealing  God almighty  that his soul will rest in peace
