ASPU dean of quality and academic accreditation Dr. Raad al-Sern, stressed  during his lecture , attended by ASPU President Dr. Yasser Hourieh  and  deans and Vice-Presidents of al-Tal faculty,  ASPU commitment to quality standards, reviewing the elements of disseminating  quality discipline , its goals and dimensions.

Dr. al-Sern noted  dimensions of the culture of quality in higher education institutions , the reasons for disseminating  the culture of quality in ASPU  and the ingredients for successful implementation of quality and academic accreditation therein.

He presented the expected results from disseminating  the  culture of quality at ASPU, which include setting a clear and specific vision and goals and a strategic plan for the university based  on scientific foundations and standards for quality assurance and academic accreditation in all programs and faculties  and enhancing the concept of citizenship, affiliation, commitment, participation and improving the administrative and academic performance.

Other expected results , as advocated by Dr. al-Sern  are manifested in drawing  a clear, specific, comprehensive, integrated and stable structure for the university , boosting the research process, providing an atmosphere of understanding, cooperation, friendliness and mutual support between academics and administrators, working in a team spirit, and improving  the university  teaching, academic and research process.
