Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has issued a circular stressing  the need of  private universities adherence  to safety rules and all preventive measures to limit the spread of the Corona epidemic.

The Ministry stressed  strict preventive measures manifested in carrying out continuous sterilization of classrooms, laboratories, ceremonies and all public facilities in campus and transportation, avoiding crowding, preventing student gatherings, and emphasizing social distancing.

The Ministry also stressed full adherence to wearing masks by students and the educational and administrative staff, especially in halls and laboratories, and to measure temperature upon entering  the faculties.

The Ministry has obligated seminars on campus to comply with health conditions and standards approved by the Ministry, and to take deterrent legal measures against the violating investor.
