ASPU graduation projects in criminal, administrative and international law

ASPU students of the Faculty of Law have  discussed several  titles in administrative, penal and international law during their graduation projects for the second semester of the academic year 2019/2020.

The  debated topics discussed by the students included administrative decision errors , public works contract (a comparative study), the theory of emergency conditions and its role in preparing the financial balance for the administrative contract and ministry’s  political responsibility in the Syrian constitutional system.

The  graduation projects also dealt with issues related to pressure groups in contemporary constitutional systems and the international protection of prisoners of war, through an applied study on the Syrian prisoners in the Israeli occupation jails .

Members of the  jury praised the projects submitted by the students, wishing them success in practical life.
