Criminal Law Debated in ASPU Faculty of Law Graduation Projects

ASPU students of the faculty of law focused on several   topics concerning  criminal law in their graduation projects for the second semester of the academic year 2019/2020.

The topics centered on  the criminal policy of the Syrian legislator on  crimes affecting the family, the legal nature of the crime of conspiracy, the criminal liability of the legal person,  and the impact of the death of the perpetrator in the criminal case and the criminal intent.

The jury praised the topics presented by the students and commended their pursued  scientific method of debate and discussion of ideas, wishing them success in practical life.
