Announcement  for Proposals for External Auditing and Auditing of final accounts & Issuance of External Auditor's Report on ASPU

      ASPU announces requests offers for external auditing, auditing of final accounts, issuance of an external auditor's report about the university and its final accounts, in addition to a note on technical recommendations for the fiscal year 2020/2021. The announcement starts on 1/9/2020 and ends on 31/8 /2021 according to the following conditions:

• That the auditing company be licensed to practice the profession of auditing in Syria and to be registered with the duly approved authorities.

• The audit must be in accordance with international auditing standards.

• To be at least 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably experience in auditing private universities.

• The ability to submit the first draft of reports by the end of September 2021.

• Prices are presented in Syrian pounds and include tax.

Audit companies that meet the conditions set forth above and who wish to participate in the request for proposals must submit proposals at ASPU central office in al-Baramkeh - next to Tishreen Sports City - near the Musaab Bin Omair Mosque in two sealed envelopes, and these envelopes are placed in a third envelope entitled to the name of the designated entity in the advertisement.  Subject of the request for offers shall be written on it, according to the following:

A- The first envelope: contains the application for participation and documents indicating the fulfillment of the conditions stipulated above, along with an overview of the audit office.

B- The second envelope: It contains the financial offer that must be organized by the bidder in a clear manner without scratching, erasing or filling, and it may not include any reservations or legal or technical conditions, and none of them shall be considered if they are received.

The deadline for submitting bids is Wednesday, 7/10 /2020.
