Graduation Projects on Legislative & Penal law Addressed by ASPU Faculty of Law Students

Various topics in legislative and penal law were discussed by ASPU students of the Faculty of Law as part of their graduation projects, presented before members of the jury.

The projects included topics on complaint and its impact on initiating the public case, the lapse of the public case with the final judgment, objection to the in absentia judgments between text and the application, the philosophy of penal thought in the theory of criminal participation, and the military investigation judge.

The projects also included topics on the authority of the head of state to object laws, the authority of the head of state to dissolve the parliament in the context of comparative studies, local council elections in the Syrian Arab Republic, the theory of acts of sovereignty in the Syrian law and administrative corruption (causes and mechanisms of confrontation).

Members of the jury praised the submitted projects abidance to scientific research standards, wishing student’s success and distinction in their practical and professional life.
