Marketing, Job satisfaction and other titles on  empowerment and loyalty for the customer were the main themes of the graduation projects that faculty of business administration students have  discussed before the jury committee  for the first semester of the academic year 2020-2021.

Members of the committee commended the projects presented in terms of novelty in selecting topics and following the methodology of scientific research in reaching results and recommendations.

Main headlines of the debated theses were on the effect of hidden messages within visual advertisements on the consumer's buying decision, the impact of viral marketing on the purchasing decision, the effect of handling complaints resulting from service failure on customer loyalty, the effect of empowering workers on job satisfaction, and the causes of tax evasion in developing countries.
