Quality & employee empowerment “, debated by Administrative Sciences Faculty Students

Quality, Process Engineering and Employee Empowerment were the main topics discussed by ASPU faculty of administrative sciences students for the first semester of 2020-2021 academic year, supervised by specialized professors.

The projects provided determinants of building the culture of quality in organizations, the effect of the re-engineering process on the performance of employees in the organization, the effect of the salary system on employee loyalty in the Middle East organization, and the effect of time management on human resources job satisfaction.

The projects also noted the impact of moral stimulation on the quality and productivity of workers in the organization, the effect of employee empowerment on organizational loyalty, the effect of incentives on attracting human resources and the impact of banking quality on customer satisfaction.

Members of the jury committee praised theses presented by the students, wishing them success in their practical life.
