Important research studies were submitted and fully debated by ASPU faculty of law students before members of the judging committee.
The projects were distinguished by diversity of the topics presented, which centered on the obsolescence of morphological rights in commercial documents, compensation for moral damage, the principle of proportionality between error and punishment in disciplinary, the end of an administrative decision through the administration, inheritance tax (a comparative study), the term of office of the President of the Republic and how it is manifested in the Syrian constitutional system, and the legal organization of political parties in the Syrian Arab Republic.
Members of the jury committee commended the projects presented in terms of rich references, correct documentation and familiarity with the submitted research, wishing students more success and excellence.
