Under the patronage of ASPU President Dr. Sharif Al-Ashkar, and in cooperation with Dr. Rania Al-Zarir, Dean of the faculty of administrative sciences and Vice-President for administrative and student affairs, Dr. Ali Al-Shalabi held a workshop for the  university central and administrative managers and heads of departments, at the university headquarters in  Barmakah.

Dr. Shalabi noted the need to develop administrative and communication skills and the importance of teamwork. He also touched upon  the  importance and types of training, the main skills that managers and heads of departments must master, ways to serve students and their families effectively, the importance of effective time management to accomplish assigned business duties efficiently  and the importance of following up and motivating employees.

The workshop aims to develop administrative and technical skills in a way that increases work efficiency ,develops it and acquires new information and skills, a matter that have been  always proved by the university's constant endeavor to raise the efficiency of human cadres, assigned to administrative work at the university.
