ASPU President Dr. Sharif Al-Ashkar, has received Chargé d' Affairs at the Embassy of the Republic of Chile in Damascus Patricio Brickle and members of the accompanying delegation.

Talks during the meeting dealt with relations between ASPU and the Republic of Chile and ways of developing them, especially research and scientific fields, for the benefit of the two countries, and preparation for the visit of the delegation of Chilean universities, in March 2023.

Dr. al-Ashkar and Mr. Brickle toured the university's headquarters and were briefed with one graduation project presented by a student from the Faculty of International Relations and Diplomacy.
