Headed by Dr. Muhammad Ghazi Al-Jalali, ASPU chairman of the board of trustees, and Dr. Issam Al-Dali, council deputy chairman, and in the presence of ASPU President Dr. Sharif Al-Ashkar, and members of the Board of Trustees, Dr. Faeq Shadoud, Dr. Mirna Dlaleh, Dr. Muhammad Yasar Abdeen, Dr. Muhammad Ezzat Arabi Katbi, and Dr. Issa Makhoul a meeting for ASPU council secretaries was held at the university's headquarters in Al-Baramkeh.

Participants in the meeting discussed proposals that would contribute to the development of ASPU teaching process, including amending the credit hour fees for new students for the academic year 2021/2022 and a project to create a student cooperation fund. Decisions that would enhance ASPU progress were adopted.
