ASPU  announces applications to fill empty seats  for the academic year 2021/2022 in all specializations and faculties at the university in both Damascus and Lattakia

The applications are to be submitted as from  Monday 4/10/2021 and will continue until three days after the issuance of the results of the general enrolment  in public universities.

Except for official holidays (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) on the occasion of the anniversary of the October Liberation War, as from (9.00) in the morning until 14.00 in the afternoon.

At the university premises:

- Central Administration: Damascus, Al-Baramkeh - Mousab bin Omair Street - next to Tishreen Sports City.

- Headquarters of the medical faculties  in Al-Tal city.

- Headquarters of the Faculty of Dentistry - Damascus Al-Mazraa - next to Al-Eman Mosque.

- Headquarters of Lattakia faculties - Sleiba project - next to the Revolution Youth Union (RYU)  building.

Subject to the following conditions:

First: Documents required for registration:

1) A copy of the personal ID or passport , two copies

2) An unauthenticated  two copies  of the secondary certificate (this means copying the certificate on a photocopy machine and not handing us any original or a true copy of the certificate).

3) A copy of the mother’s identity card for Arab and foreign students who are children of Syrian women, who wish to apply.

4) A written undertaking to bring evidence of Higher Education Council Resolution No. 12 dated 10/21/2020 for Arab and foreign students who are children of Syrian female citizens.

We note that the admissions and registration staff or the organizing committee are not responsible for copying or withdrawing any document from the mobile

Second: Students who are entitled to apply:

1- A student who has not previously applied to the first enrolment at our university

2- The student who applied to the first enrollment  in our university and was not accepted or was accepted and refused to register.

3- The student who has registered in our university (ASPU) in the faculty  in which he was accepted  as a result of the first enrolment , has the right to apply for filling the empty seats  , and in the event that he obtains a new acceptance, his first acceptance is considered canceled by virtue, and he has no right to object or return to the first specialization,   and his installments are transferred to the new faculty  according to the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education No. / 7471 / dated 28/9/2021

Third: Conditions for Arab and foreign students to apply

 Arab and foreign students of children of Syrian women who are subject to the provisions of the Higher Education Council Resolution No. 12 dated 21/21/2020 are entitled to apply for one of the two preferences:

1- Enrolment for Syrians, where fees for credit hours are paid in Syrian pounds.

2- Enrolment for  Arabs and foreigners, and the fees for credit hours are paid in US dollars, according to the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education No. /7471/ dated 28/9/2021.
