At the directives of ASPU President Dr. Sharif Al-Ashkar, and supervision Informatics Engineering faculty dean, Dr. George Karraz, university Faculty of Informatics Engineering students have participated in the 4th Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering exhibition, held under the patronage of Dr. Muhammad Yasar Abdeen, President of Damascus University, on October 19-21 under the slogan “Work to build a Syria of hope."

ASPU has participated in a graduation project by students from the Faculty of Informatics Engineering, entitled "A smart system to reduce video display time", prepared by students Fayyad Al-Hindi and Maria Al-Badawi and supervised by Dr. Karraz.

In addition to Damascus University, the   exhibition included several graduation projects by students from its various university mechanical, electrical, medical engineering departments and of other public and private educational institutions.
