ASPU students of the Faculty of Law have discussed several themes in their graduation projects, presented before the jury at the university auditorium at its headquarters in al-Baramkeh.
These covered “the role of the Central Authority for Financial Control in protecting public money’, “reforming tax administration” (a comparative study), “tax on real estate sales”, “the role of administrative delegation in simplifying administrative procedures”,” forced implementation of administrative decisions”, the role of training in preparing and qualifying Public sector employee, and ‘”public tender as a method for concluding an administrative contract.”
Members of the jury committee commended presented projects in terms of diversity, students commitment to scientific methodology, and the multiplicity and richness of used sources and references
