Based on ASPU efforts  to provide all services effectively and with high quality, deanship of the Quality Administration of Administrative Performance continues meetings , during which discussions  centered  on  methodology for disseminating  the culture of quality among  university  concerned  departments  , highlighting the most prominent risks they faced during the previous period in an effort to find feasible and effective solutions.

The meeting was chaired by the Director of Quality Administrative Performance, Ms. Roland Melli, who reviewed with the attendees previous report issued by the Arab Quality Makers Authority following the external audit session that was conducted to verify that ASPU has met all the standards approved by the authority regarding the eligibility of the ISO certificate in the quality of administrative performance No. 9001 for the year 2015.

Ms. Roland Melli noted several proposals, mainly the organization of a training course for an accredited quality ambassador with a certificate approved by the Arab quality makers.

The meeting was concluded by stressing most important objectives  the Deanship seeks, namely  strengthening  the role of quality in the university, emphasizing  the application of the quality management system and adherence to work manuals, and disseminate  work ethics, especially discipline, cooperation, honesty of dealing, belonging and working in a team spirit.
