ASPU Faculty of Law Students Discussed Graduation Projects

ASPU Faculty of Law students have discussed their graduation projects before members of the jury committee, who praised the various topics read by the students.

Among many other topics, the   students discussed “parliamentary immunity as a restriction on filing a public case”, “the role of the motive in punishment,” and “the premeditated murder and arson.”

The students also touched on “the recognition of criminal cases,” “the lack of criminal responsibility for the loss of freedom of choice”, and “the criminal responsibility of multinational companies.”

The jury members gave observations on the graduation projects, stressing the correct scientific methodology followed by the students, in adjusting the proposals, recommendations and results in the correct manner, and in using references to deepen the academic research.
