The Scientific Day of the Dental Forum was held in Lebanese district of Tire, with wide medical participation, at the hall of the Platinum Hotel.

head of the dentists in Tire, Dr. Rida Sharaf eddine , welcomed the participating delegations, stressing the gathering  aims to develop and upgrade this profession through partnership and cooperation between local and Arab experiences. This is the approach that the forum   has been following since its inception in 1987.

In an inclusive statement, ASPU President  Dr. Sharif Al-Ashkar, who is a participant in the forum with the head of the Periodontology Department at Damascus University and several  members of the Syrian Dental Association and the Secretary, said  that this forum is of  double importance through the mechanism of acquaintance and meeting with the brothers every year, a fact which serves as  scientific value to every dentist,   achieves the desired benefit and purpose, and contributes to its deepening and consolidation.

Dr. al-Ashkar also noted the importance of the forum  as  a venue for expertise in the fields of dentistry and gums achieved by means of  dialogues and seminars held on its  sideline of in the service of the citizen and society.
