Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Bassam Ibrahim, accompanied by ASPU President Dr.  Sharif al-Ashkar held an inspection tour on the university‘s classrooms and laboratories of the medical, informatics engineering and international diplomatic relations faculties, where they listened  to students views  on the educational process and the provided services.

The two officials were accompanied by university vice president for scientific research Dr. Khaled al-Homsi, several deans of faculties, and head of the university branch of the NUSS Majd al-Hamad.
