Under the patronage of ASPU President  Dr. Sharif Al-Ashkar, and the supervision of Dr. Hammoud Ghazal, Director of the Faculties of Lattakia, several graduation projects  were discussed by  faculty of administrative  sciences students including  titles on :”  social responsibility and its role in achieving the competitive advantage of business organizations - a case study of the Joud Trading Company in Lattakia Governorate”,  “ The role of knowledge management in raising the efficiency of employee performance - a field study in the General Company for the Port of Lattakia,” “ social capital and its impact on achieving job satisfaction in private sector companies - a field study in the global company for surveys “, “  the impact of participatory management on job satisfaction for employees of the Central Organization for Financial Control” .

Members of the jury commended the presented projects, the students' performance, and the richness of their projects with sources and references.
