Al-Sham Private University announces a tender for the supply of 24 County Microbus tires for  the university in Al-Tal, in accordance with the special legal, financial and technical conditions books prepared for this purpose as follows:

• Preliminary insurance: (2,350,000 Syrian pounds) two million three hundred and fifty thousand SYR only.

• The final insurance is 5% of the total value of the contract.

• Implementation period: The contract is considered effective from the date the contractor is duly notified of the order to commence, whether by written letter issued by the administration or delivered in person or by means of communication.

• Contract duration: One week starting from the date the contractor is duly notified of the commencement order, whether by written letter issued by the administration or delivered in person or by means of communication.

• The duration of the bidder’s binding to his offer (45 days) begins from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting offers or   any extension agreed upon. The nominated contractor remains bound to his offer for a period of (45 days) starting from the day following   his notification of the referral decision.

•  Delay fine: (0.001) one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract.

•  The contractor shall bear all taxes and fees resulting from the implementation of the contract.

•  The file can be viewed and obtained from the  university directorate of legal affairs and contracts in the central administration.

•  The price of the terms and conditions booklet is 50,000 SYP. It can be obtained from the University Damascus headquarters  - Baramkeh      or  its headquarters in Latakia.

•  Bids shall be submitted to the university’s central office located in Damascus, Baramkeh, next to Tishreen Sports City, during a period   ending at twelve noon on Sunday, 6/25/2023, and the tender session will be at one o’clock in the afternoon of the same day.
