Faculty Message:

The Faculty of Dentistry at Al-Sham Private University strives to excel in the preparation of graduates who are highly qualified scientifically and morally and capable of continuously developing their skills and information according to latest international scientific data, in order to develop the quality of dental health care provided to citizens.  This will be attained through enhancing services provided to all social strata and cooperation relations with several universities and local, Arab and international health authorities.

The faculty is preparing to participate in social, economic and cultural events as well as contribute to scientific research that drives the development of people's quality of life.

Objectives of the Faculty:

  • The program of the Faculty of Dentistry at Al-Sham Private University aims at:
  • Preparing graduates with a high professional level that meets professional requirements according to international standards.
  • Providing students with the necessary knowledge in basic and medical sciences to understand clinical dental medical sciences.
  • Providing students with the necessary diagnoses of dental, dental and dental injuries, and developing comprehensive treatment plans that take into account patient needs.
  • Providing students with the knowledge and skills needed to address dental and mouth-related problems according to modern dental principles.
  • Mastering the management of patients with dental clinics with systemic diseases.

  • Mastering preventive measures in dentistry.

  • Applying the principles of infection control and occupational safety to ensure the safety of dental clinic patients and all members of the dental medical staff.
