Under the patronage of ASPU President  Dr. Sharif Al-Ashkar, the Faculty of Dentistry in Lattakia, in cooperation with the university’s branch of the National Union of Syrian Students (NUSS) , held a scientific day entitled: “Modern Technologies in Digital Dentistry.”

In an inaugural speech, Dr. al-Ashkar  stressed the importance of hese scientific meetings and their  benefit to the participants, wishing them success and benefiting from this event.

The scientific program included lectures by: Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry in Latakia, Dr. Hazem Hassan, entitled: (Digital work flow in orthodontics), Dr. Ruwayda Saima lecture : (digital implant surgery), and a lecture by Dr. Marwan Shamout entitled: (digital work  flow in prosthodontics), then Dr. Moataz Abdel Majeed gave a lecture entitled: (3D imaging concept and applications in dentistry).
