ASPU Faculty of Pharmacy held a scientific visit to the Damascus University Center for Blood Transfusion, headed by the Dean of the Faculty, Dr.  Faiza Al-Qubaili.

The visit coincided with a blood donation campaign held by ASPU branch of the National Union of Syrian Students (NUSS), where a several students donated blood.

The university students and officials concerned were welcomed by Dr. Alia Al-Assad, Director of the Damascus University Center for Blood Transfusion.

During the visit, the students were briefed on the center’s departments and a detailed explanation of stages of blood donation.
