At the directives of ASPU president, Dr. Sharif Al-Ashkar and under the supervision of Dr. Iyad Al-Khayat, Dean of the Faculty of Informatics Engineering, students of the faculty visited the Information and Communication Technology (HiTech) exhibition organized by the Arab Group for Exhibitions and Conferences in cooperation with the Ministry of Communications and Technology, at the Damascus exhibition grounds.

The exhibition, which hosted several participating countries, represented by international and local companies, aims to bring together companies specialized in information and communication technology in order to exchange experiences and get acquainted with latest advanced technologies, so as to help development in the field of informatics, the Internet, computers and future communication technologies.
