Practical sessions are carried out in this lab for the following subjects :

Pharmacology 1: Students are trained to use the chymograph, introduce them to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, conduct experiments on isolated rabbit intestine muscle, study the effect of stimulant and inhibitory drugs on bowel movement, and perform an unknown detection on the rabbit intestine muscle at the end of the sessions.

Pharmacology 2: Experiments are conducted to determine the effective dose of acetylcholine on the frog's rectus abdominis muscle, the effective dose of adrenaline on the heart muscle, the blocking dose of beta-blockers for the effective dose of adrenaline, the effect of barium ion on the heart muscle, and the effective dose of acetylcholine Choline on the myocardium and the blocking dose of atropine for the effective dose of acetylcholine on the heart muscle.

General toxicology: Experiments are conducted to detect volatile and metallic toxins.
